Born in the 1950s, Ling Nam started as a humble noodle house with only four tables and a simple menu that consisted of just beef wonton noodles and siopao. It was the first original fast-food concept in the country and has been a staple destination for Filipinos and Chinese alike. To this day, Ling Nam still serves staple Cantonese dishes like their signature beef wonton noodles, congee, and delicious assorted dim sum, handmade every day with the freshest and finest ingredients.
